If neither the parties has been previously married:

For both Bride and Groom:

  • Full name (first, middle and last)
  • Home Address
  • Profession/Occupation
  • Passport Number
  • Nationality
  • Birth Date
  • Place of Birth
  • Father's full name and nationality
  • Mother's full maiden name and nationality
  • Parent's address
  • Original copy of passport

Our Notaries will handle the rest…

All your data and statements will be included in a sworn statement which you both sign the day of the wedding. You don’t need to notarize any of these documents at the Costa Rican Consulate. Our attorneys will take care of all the details.
